01Products and total price

The model, selected colour and size appear on the product page and in your bag. The order summary shows quantities, tax-inclusive prices, delivery charges and the total payable. No additional charge is made without your approval.

02Delivery

Check the delivery address and contact details before placing an order. Delivery conditions and any shipping cost are shown before payment. Turkish consumer sales are subject to the statutory thirty-day delivery limit, except where a lawful exception applies to goods made to personal specifications.

If fulfilment becomes impossible, the seller informs you and meets the applicable notification and refund obligations.

03Payment and withdrawal

The payment provider supplies the card form. Our store does not store card numbers or security codes. The cancellation and returns page explains withdrawal, return notifications and refunds.

04Order-specific information

This page provides general information. Buyer, product, amount, payment and delivery details are evaluated for each order. Payments currently operate in test mode only, with no real charge or shipment.

05Contact and complaints

Use the seller contact details for questions. Your right to apply to competent consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts under the applicable thresholds and procedures remains unaffected.
