Cancellations and returns

01Withdrawal notification

For Turkish consumer sales, unless a statutory exception applies, you may withdraw without giving a reason within fourteen days of delivery, or before delivery. Notify [email protected] or the seller’s postal address. You may also contact us by phone.

Including your order reference, name, item and a clear withdrawal statement helps us process the request. A specific form is not mandatory.

02Sending an item back

Return the item within fourteen days of notifying withdrawal. Contact us before sending it for the return address and any designated carrier. If no carrier was specified in pre-contract information, return costs must not be passed to the consumer contrary to the applicable rules.

Handle the item only as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. There is no blanket rule removing statutory rights simply because packaging or a tag has been opened.

03Refunds

Refunds follow the applicable statutory fourteen-day period and its starting point and conditions, using a payment method compatible with the original payment and without charging the consumer. Bank processing times may vary.

04Exceptions and faulty goods

Only statutory exceptions, such as goods made to a consumer’s personal specifications, may apply. Choosing a standard size or colour does not itself make an item bespoke. Rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

05Sample withdrawal notice

“To Buqle Tekstil: I hereby withdraw from the contract for …, ordered on … / received on …. Order reference: … Name: … Address: … Date: …” A signature may be added when submitting on paper.
