01Information and purposes

Name, contact, address, billing, order and request details supplied for accounts, shopping, delivery, wholesale applications or enquiries may be processed to provide the relevant service, respond and meet legal duties. Session and connection records are processed for security and abuse prevention.

02Collection and legal grounds

Information is collected electronically or in writing through forms, account actions, payment returns and direct communication. Depending on the purpose, processing relies on contract formation or performance, legal duties, establishing or protecting rights, or legitimate interests that do not override your fundamental rights. Where a separate activity requires consent, it is requested separately. Marketing consent is not a condition of shopping.

03Service providers and transfers

Necessary information may be shared with providers of hosting, security, accounts, data management, payments, communications and delivery, and legally authorised bodies, for relevant purposes and on applicable legal grounds. The site uses Cloudflare and Supabase infrastructure and iyzico payments. Google Maps connects only when you choose to open the map.

Where providers process data abroad, the applicable conditions and safeguards in Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698 must be met. This notice is not itself transfer consent or a safeguard instrument.

04Retention and security

Data is retained as needed for its purpose and any applicable statutory retention duties, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised as required. The store does not store card numbers or security codes.

05Your rights

Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 provides rights to learn whether data is processed, request information, learn purposes and recipients, seek correction, deletion or destruction where applicable, request related notifications, object to adverse automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
