Distance sales terms

01Parties and subject

The seller is Buqle Tekstil, identified below. The buyer is the consumer providing their details for an order. The subject is the sale and delivery of the items in the order summary at the stated total and conditions.

02Reviewing an order

Before payment, the buyer can review the product, colour, size, quantity, address, contact information and total. Earlier fields can be revisited to correct errors. Binding approval must not be requested without prior information and an explicit indication of the payment obligation.

03Fulfilment and delivery

Products are delivered to the order address, subject to statutory deadlines and order-specific delivery conditions. Lack of stock alone does not constitute impossibility of performance. Statutory rights relating to faulty goods remain unaffected.

04Withdrawal and refunds

Unless a statutory exception applies, consumers may withdraw within fourteen days of delivery without giving a reason, and may notify withdrawal before delivery. See cancellation and returns for notification and return procedures. Opening packaging alone does not generally remove return or complaint rights.

05Records and disputes

Order-specific pre-contract and agreement information must be made available to the consumer on a durable medium. This general page is not an individual order contract or an acceptance record. Statutory complaint and legal rights remain unaffected.

Current payment tests do not create a real sales contract, charge or shipment.
